What's included?
1. Welcome drink (Choose between a classic margarita, a mezcal and hibiscus drink, or a seasonal agua fresca)
2. Introduction to Mexican Ingredients (Learn about native ingredients like corn, dried and fresh chilies, traditional herbs like epazote and hoja santa, and how to recognize authentic Mexican products.
3. Let's cook! You'll make the following dishes:
• Traditional Mexican salsas: Roasted green salsa, Roasted red salsa, Spicy macha salsa, Salsa Cruda
• Handmade corn tortillas, sopes, and empanadas – from the dough to the press (including the nixtamalization process in advanced classes).
• Traditional fish ceviche and tropical shrimp aguachile
